The short version

We only collect what we need to talk with you and help your business. We use it to reply, prepare for our call, and run the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever. You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.

This policy explains what information n-frames, LLC ("n-frames," "we," "us") collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it in plain language.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, such as booking a discovery call, we collect the details you enter. That's usually your name, your email address, a short description of the operational headache you'd like help with, and, if you choose to share it, your company name.

Your mobile number, if you give it to us. If you use the text-message opt-in on our contact page, we collect your name, your company name, and your mobile number, along with a record of your consent - the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you were on. We keep that record so we can show, if asked, that you asked us to text you.

Scheduling information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the time you pick and the email address you use to confirm the meeting.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, and the site you came from. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. This helps us make it better. It isn't used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We only use your information for the reasons you'd reasonably expect based on why you contacted us. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Full stop.

Text messages and your mobile information

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to text you about your inquiry, to arrange a time to talk, and to update you on work in progress. Opting in is always a deliberate choice: the consent checkbox on our contact page is unchecked by default, and consent is never a condition of buying anything from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with the service providers who help us send and route those messages, and only so they can do that job. Message frequency varies and is typically fewer than 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.

Our Messaging Terms spell out the details.

Service providers we rely on

To run the site and talk with you, we use a few trusted tools. They only receive the information needed to do their job, and they're required to protect it:

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and embedded content

Our site uses minimal cookies. Some pages embed a booking calendar from Cal.com, which may set its own cookies so the scheduling experience works. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send only as long as we need it to respond to you, do the work you've asked about, and meet our legal and business obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To make any request, just email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously and work with providers who do too.

Children's privacy

Our site is meant for business owners and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll do our best to make that clear.
