Privacy Policy

The short version
We only collect what we need to talk with you and help your business. We use it to reply, prepare for our call, and run the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever. You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.
This policy explains what information n-frames, LLC ("n-frames," "we," "us") collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it in plain language.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, such as booking a discovery call, we collect the details you enter. That's usually your name, your email address, a short description of the operational headache you'd like help with, and, if you choose to share it, your company name.
Scheduling information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the time you pick and the email address you use to confirm the meeting.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, and the site you came from. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. This helps us make it better. It isn't used to identify you personally.
How we use your information
- To reply to you and prepare for our conversation.
- To schedule, hold, and follow up on a discovery call you request.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website.
- To keep our site and systems secure and to prevent abuse.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We only use your information for the reasons you'd reasonably expect based on why you contacted us. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Full stop.
Service providers we rely on
To run the site and talk with you, we use a few trusted tools. They only receive the information needed to do their job, and they're required to protect it:
- Cal.com and Google Meet, to schedule and host discovery calls.
- Make (make.com), to route your form submission to us so we don't miss it.
- Google Fonts, to display the site's typography.
- Our website host and, where used, analytics providers.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies and embedded content
Our site uses minimal cookies. Some pages embed a booking calendar from Cal.com, which may set its own cookies so the scheduling experience works. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you send only as long as we need it to respond to you, do the work you've asked about, and meet our legal and business obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To make any request, just email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously and work with providers who do too.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for business owners and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll do our best to make that clear.
