Dynamics 365 Plays Well With Microsoft. Everything Else Takes Real Work.
Dynamics 365's modules connect to each other and to the rest of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, through built-in, pre-wired connections. Connecting it to a system outside Microsoft's own ecosystem, a different CRM, an older on-premises ERP, an industry-specific tool, almost always means building against Dataverse's API or a module's own API directly, since no equivalent one-click connector exists on that side.
Where the built-in connections stop
Inside Microsoft's own stack, Power Automate does a lot of the lifting: it can move data between Dynamics 365 and Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 apps with pre-built connectors and minimal setup. That part genuinely works well out of the box.
The moment a system on the other end isn't Microsoft, a CRM you haven't fully retired, an e-commerce platform, a warehouse or field-service tool, that pre-built path usually disappears. Some larger platforms maintain their own Dynamics 365 connector; most don't, and Power Automate's generic HTTP connector only gets you partway before you're writing real integration logic against Dataverse's Web API or a module's REST endpoints.
Mid-migration is its own problem
A lot of the integration need around Dynamics 365 isn't steady-state, it's transitional. A business moving from an older CRM or an on-premises ERP into Dynamics 365 usually can't cut over everything at once, which means both systems need to stay accurate for weeks or months while the migration finishes.
That's a different build than a permanent sync: it has a start date and an end date, and it has to survive both systems changing underneath it as the migration itself progresses. We've built that kind of bridge for businesses mid-move into Dynamics 365, not just steady-state connections for ones who've already landed.
What We Build on Top of Dynamics 365
Bridging a CRM or ERP Dynamics doesn't natively replace
When your sales team runs Dynamics 365 Sales but your warehouse, support desk, or e-commerce platform runs on something else entirely, we build the sync so order, inventory, and customer data moves both directions without someone keying it in twice.
Keeping two systems honest during a migration
Moving off an older CRM or on-prem ERP into Dynamics 365 rarely happens in a weekend. We build the bridge that keeps both systems accurate while the migration is still in progress, so the business doesn't have to freeze operations to get there.
What's not talking to Dynamics 365 yet?
A CRM, an ERP, a warehouse system, something industry-specific, tell us what your team is still bridging by hand.
Still bridging Dynamics 365 to something outside Microsoft by hand?
Tell us what system isn't connected, whatever it is, a CRM, a warehouse tool, an old ERP you're migrating away from. We'll map out what Dataverse's API can and can't reach on its own. And if Dynamics 365 isn't actually where your bottleneck lives, that's fine too, we build on whatever tool your business runs, Microsoft or not.
