The order isn't the whole story
An agent sees the Shopify order Gorgias already shows, plus the 3PL tracking status and the subscription renewal date, in the same ticket, without opening anything else.
Gorgias is help desk software built specifically for e-commerce, mostly Shopify stores, that pulls order, customer, and shipping data straight into every ticket instead of making an agent go look it up. We build on top of that native integration, connecting Gorgias to the systems it doesn't reach on its own: your 3PL, your subscription platform, your wholesale backend, whatever else actually runs your store.
The native store integration covers the basics, but your 3PL, subscription platform and wholesale backend stay out of reach.
Got a Gorgias problem? Let's solve it →Fulfillment and subscription data Gorgias doesn't natively pull. Gorgias's Shopify integration is genuinely good at showing order status, but it stops at what Shopify itself knows. If your real fulfillment data lives in a 3PL or your subscriptions run through a platform like Recharge, we bring that into the ticket too, so an agent isn't told "shipped" by Shopify while the 3PL shows it's still sitting in the warehouse.
Actions that reach past the Shopify refund button. Gorgias can already trigger a Shopify refund or order edit from inside a ticket. We extend that same idea to systems Gorgias doesn't talk to directly: reshipping through a 3PL, pausing a subscription, applying a wholesale account credit, with the result written back to the ticket automatically.
Rules for what Gorgias Automate can't see. Gorgias's own AI feature answers common questions using store data it already has. The cases that still need a human usually involve something outside that data: a custom wholesale price, a backend inventory count, a loyalty balance in a separate system. We build the automation that covers that gap instead of leaving it as a manual lookup.
A real CRM for your wholesale or B2B side. Gorgias syncs well with Klaviyo for marketing, but it isn't a sales CRM. If you run both DTC and wholesale, we connect Gorgias and Shopify to an actual CRM so account reps see support history next to the deal, not in a separate tool.

Reship through the 3PL, pause a subscription, or credit a wholesale account, triggered from inside the ticket and logged back automatically.
When a ticket needs information outside Shopify's own data, like a wholesale price or a loyalty balance, it's already pulled in instead of landing on an agent with nothing but the order number.

The ticket shows the order, the 3PL tracking status and the renewal date together. Agents stopped opening three tabs per ticket.
What we build on top of specific parts of Gorgias.
Tell us what your agents have to check outside Gorgias and Shopify: a 3PL, a subscription tool, a wholesale system, a loyalty program. We'll dig into what's actually connectable and build the pieces the native integration doesn't cover. And if the real slowdown in your business has nothing to do with support, that's fine too. We automate whatever's manual, not just the help desk.
Let's talk →Gorgias is help desk software built for e-commerce brands, most commonly Shopify stores, that combines email, live chat, social, and SMS support in one inbox and pulls order and customer data directly from your store into each ticket.
Gorgias prices by plan tier, generally tied to ticket volume, with higher tiers adding more automation and channels. It's worth checking directly with Gorgias for current numbers rather than relying on a figure here, since pricing structures shift over time.
Yes, that's its core use case. Gorgias pulls order history, customer details, and shipping status from Shopify straight into the ticket, and agents can issue refunds or edit orders without leaving Gorgias.
It's Gorgias's automated-response feature, which uses your store's own order and product data to answer common questions, like order status or return policy, without an agent touching the ticket. It works well for the questions Gorgias already has data for; anything outside that still needs a person or custom automation.
Not really. Gorgias shows customer and order history inside a ticket, which covers a lot of what a CRM would, but it isn't built for sales pipeline management. Stores that need both usually run Gorgias alongside an actual CRM, connected so the data matches.
Yes. Gorgias has a REST API and webhooks, which is how we connect it to systems outside Shopify, like a 3PL, a subscription platform, or a separate CRM.
