LiveAgent puts tickets, chat, and calls in one inbox. What's still outside it?
LiveAgent is a help desk that unifies ticketing, live chat, a built-in call center, and social media messages into a single agent inbox. We connect LiveAgent to whatever runs the rest of your business, so when a conversation comes in on any channel, the agent already has the account, order, and billing context instead of switching tabs to go find it.
What we build on top of LiveAgent
Unified context across channels. A customer who emails, then calls, then opens a chat about the same issue shouldn't make your agents piece the story back together. We pull account and order history from your other systems into the ticket view, so whichever channel they used, the agent sees the same full picture.
Chat that knows what's in the cart. For e-commerce teams running LiveAgent's chat widget, we connect it to live order and inventory data, so a chat agent (or a pre-chat automated response) can answer "is this back in stock" or "where's my order" without opening a second system.
Resolution that syncs back out. When a ticket closes with a refund, a replacement, or an account change, that outcome should land in QuickBooks, your CRM, or your fulfillment tool automatically. We build the sync so the agent's one action in LiveAgent updates everywhere it needs to.
A few concrete examples
One ticket, every channel's history
An agent working a phone call sees the email thread and chat transcript the same customer had last week, automatically merged, instead of starting from zero.
Account data in the agent panel
Order status, payment standing, and account tier pulled from your ERP or accounting system sit right next to the conversation, not in a separate login.
Automatic follow-through
A ticket resolved as "replacement shipped" triggers the actual replacement order in your fulfillment system, no separate step for the agent to remember.

Running LiveAgent and your agents still hunting for order or account info elsewhere?
Walk us through what a typical ticket actually requires, which systems get checked, which get updated. From there we can map out exactly what's worth building. And if the bottleneck isn't LiveAgent at all, we automate whatever's manual in your business, any tool, any process.
