Jane Runs Your Clinic's Booking and Billing. We Connect the Rest.
Jane (often called Jane App or JaneApp) is practice management software built for multi-practitioner health and wellness clinics, physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, and counseling practices among others, handling online booking, scheduling, charting, invoicing, and insurance billing in one system. We don't sell or administer Jane. We build the integrations that connect its booking and billing data to the accounting, referral, and reporting tools a clinic runs alongside it.
What we build on top of Jane
Jane holds the two things a clinic actually runs on day to day: who's booked and who's been billed. The gap shows up once that data needs to go somewhere Jane doesn't reach on its own, a bookkeeper's accounting software, a referral tracker, or a report that's supposed to cover more than one Jane location.
A new client filling out a website form or calling in after a referral shouldn't mean someone retyping their details into Jane by hand. We build the handoff so that submission creates the client profile automatically, with the right intake paperwork sent out before the first appointment even gets booked.
On the billing side, Jane generates invoices and tracks insurance claims well inside its own screens. We pull that data out, synced to QuickBooks or whatever system the clinic's books actually live in, and flag claims that have gone unpaid past a point someone sets, instead of a bookkeeper finding the gap weeks later during reconciliation.
Clinics running more than one Jane location hit the same reporting wall every week: pulling booking volume, no-show rates, and revenue out of each location separately to build one picture for the owner. We build that rollup once, so it stays current on its own.
Where this shows up in practice
New client intake, without the retyping
A website form or referral call creates the client's profile in Jane automatically, intake paperwork included, so the front desk isn't the one typing it in.
Billing data, synced where the books live
Jane's invoices and insurance claim status sync to QuickBooks or your accounting system, with aged or unpaid claims flagged before they turn into a write-off.
What's still manual between Jane and the rest of your clinic?
A referral list nobody updates, a multi-location report built by hand every Monday, a claim that only gets caught weeks late: tell us what it is and we'll look at what's actually possible.
Running Jane across more than one location and still stitching its reports together by hand?
Tell us what's not connected right now, intake, billing, a report someone rebuilds every week. And if Jane isn't actually where the friction lives, that's fine too. We look at whatever's manual in the clinic, any tool, not just this one.
