ServiceTitan runs your trades business. We connect it to everything around it.
ServiceTitan is field service management software built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and similar trades businesses: dispatching technicians, running a shared pricebook, invoicing jobs, and tracking membership or maintenance agreements, all from one platform. It's strong at running the job itself. It gets less useful the moment that job data needs to reach a system ServiceTitan was never built to talk to, a second ServiceTitan account at another location, a marketing platform, a payroll system with its own commission rules. We build the connections that get ServiceTitan's data where it needs to go, and bring outside data back in.
What We Build on Top of ServiceTitan
A lot of trades franchises run a separate ServiceTitan account per location rather than one shared instance, and ServiceTitan's own reporting stays scoped to whichever account you're logged into. We build the consolidated view across locations through the API, so ownership sees every location side by side instead of someone exporting each account's numbers and combining them by hand.
Job marked complete can trigger more than ServiceTitan's own workflow: a review request through a tool ServiceTitan doesn't natively cover, a completed-job event sent to your marketing platform for attribution, or a commission calculation run in a payroll system that doesn't follow ServiceTitan's built-in logic.
Membership and maintenance agreement renewals can feed into whatever system actually handles your customer communication or revenue recognition, if your setup needs more than the native QuickBooks sync already gives you.
ServiceTitan already tracks marketing attribution well. We build the dashboards that combine that with revenue and job data from the platform, so leadership gets one number instead of two reports someone has to reconcile by hand.
A Real-World Scenario: Three-Location HVAC Franchise
Three separate ServiceTitan accounts, one owner, no shared view.
Before
Every Monday, the owner logs into three separate ServiceTitan accounts, pulls a revenue and job-count report from each one, and builds a combined view in a spreadsheet by hand. A slow week at one location doesn't show up until that spreadsheet exists, sometimes days after it would have mattered.
After
Each location's job and revenue data syncs through the API into one dashboard automatically, updating through the day instead of once a week. The owner opens a single screen and sees all three locations together, the same morning the numbers happened.
Running ServiceTitan and still stitching locations or systems together by hand?
Tell us what's not talking to ServiceTitan right now, another location's account, your marketing platform, your payroll system, anything. We'll look at what the API actually supports and build the bridge. And if ServiceTitan itself isn't where the real friction is, that's fine too, we automate whatever's manual in your business, not just the field service tool.
