Freshdesk makes support simple. Everything feeding into it usually isn't.
Freshdesk is Freshworks' help desk software: a shared inbox, ticketing, a knowledge base, and built-in automation rules, built to be quicker to set up and run than heavier platforms. It's good at what it does. What it doesn't do on its own is know what's happening in your order system, your CRM, or your accounting software, which is usually exactly where an agent gets stuck. We build the connections that bring that context into Freshdesk, and push the resulting actions back out to the rest of your stack.
What We Build on Top of Freshdesk
Freshdesk's own automation rules already handle a lot inside the ticket: assigning by type, escalating by SLA, firing canned responses when a keyword shows up. What they can't do is reach into systems Freshdesk has never heard of. An agent opening a ticket that says "where's my order" still has to go check the order management system, then the shipping portal, then maybe accounting to see if a payment issue is holding things up.
We build the piece that closes that gap: order status, shipping and tracking details, invoice and payment history, and CRM account data pulled straight into the ticket, so the agent has the answer before they finish reading the subject line.
It runs the other direction too. A refund approved inside a Freshdesk ticket can post back to QuickBooks or NetSuite as a credit memo automatically. A replacement shipment triggered from a ticket can create the actual fulfillment order in your warehouse system, instead of an agent switching tabs to make it happen by hand.
Freshdesk's Marketplace covers a lot of common integrations out of the box. Where it stops is anything specific to your business: non-standard pricing, a homegrown order system, a CRM field that doesn't map cleanly to what a pre-built app expects. That's where custom integration work earns its keep.
What That Looks Like in Practice
Order and shipping status, already in the ticket
Order history, shipping status, and tracking numbers from your OMS or 3PL show up right in the ticket, so "where's my order" gets answered without a second tab.
Payment and account context up front
Invoice and payment status from QuickBooks or NetSuite, and account tier or contract details from your CRM, sit next to the ticket before the agent even replies.
Refunds and replacements that sync themselves
Issue a refund or trigger a replacement shipment from inside Freshdesk, and it posts back to accounting or fulfillment automatically, no separate step for anyone to remember.
Routing that knows more than the ticket text
Route and prioritize tickets using real account data, like contract tier or order value, not just keywords someone typed into the subject line.

Running Freshdesk and still bouncing between tabs to answer one ticket?
Tell us which systems your agents check before they can actually respond: your order system, your CRM, your accounting software. We'll map out what's worth pulling into the ticket and what honestly isn't. And if Freshdesk isn't where the real friction is, that's fine too. We automate whatever's manual in your business, not just one help desk.
