Microsoft Bookings gets you booked. What happens the moment after that is still up to you.
Microsoft Bookings is Microsoft's free scheduling tool inside Microsoft 365: a public booking page, staff calendars, automatic confirmation emails, and a Book time with me link you can share from Outlook or Teams. We connect Bookings to the systems around it, so a new appointment doesn't just sit on a calendar, it can open a ticket, update a customer record, or trigger a confirmation text, automatically.
What we build on top of Microsoft Bookings
A booking that starts the actual work. When someone books through your Bookings page, we trigger what needs to happen next in whatever system your team actually uses: a service ticket, a CRM record, a prep checklist assigned to the right staff member, instead of someone checking the Bookings calendar each morning to see what's coming.
Confirmations and reminders beyond Bookings' own email. Bookings sends a confirmation email by default; we can add a text message, a calendar sync to a system outside Microsoft 365, or a reminder sequence timed to the appointment, matched to however your customers actually prefer to hear from you.
Staff and service data that stays current without manual entry. If staff availability, service types, or pricing live in another system first, like a scheduling or HR tool, we keep Bookings' own settings in sync with it instead of someone updating both places by hand every time something changes.
A few concrete examples
Booking-triggered CRM updates
A new appointment through your Bookings page creates or updates the customer's record in your CRM automatically, so sales or support sees the booking without opening a second tool.
A text reminder Bookings can't send on its own
Appointments get an SMS reminder a set number of hours ahead, on top of (or instead of) the default email, cutting down on no-shows without anyone sending it manually.
What's still manual between a booking and the appointment happening?
Tell us what your team does by hand once someone books through Microsoft Bookings, and we'll tell you what's worth connecting first.
Running Microsoft Bookings and still copying new appointments into another system by hand?
Tell us what happens after someone books, who gets notified, what gets updated, what gets typed in twice. That's usually the fastest place to start. And if Bookings isn't actually where the time is going, we build on top of whatever is, anywhere else in your business.
