PrestaShop

PrestaShop Runs Your Store. We Connect It to Everything Else.

PrestaShop is an open-source e-commerce platform, self-hosted, module-based, and especially common for stores built by an agency or developer rather than assembled from a template. It's good at the storefront: catalog, cart, checkout, multi-currency, multi-language. We build the automation around it, so an order placed on PrestaShop doesn't need a person to carry it into your books, your warehouse, or your CRM.

What we build on top of PrestaShop

Order-to-accounting sync. PrestaShop orders land in QuickBooks, Xero, or an ERP as real invoices, with tax and shipping mapped correctly, instead of someone re-typing each order into the books by hand.

Inventory that stays accurate across more than one place. If you sell the same stock on PrestaShop and somewhere else, a warehouse system, a marketplace, a second store, stock levels sync both ways so nothing gets oversold.

Module and webhook data, routed somewhere useful. PrestaShop's module system is powerful but it mostly talks to itself. We take what it already tracks, an order, a stock change, a new customer, and push it into whatever system your team actually works out of.

ERP and B2B handoffs. For stores running PrestaShop as the storefront in front of a bigger ERP (the kind of setup "prestashop erp" searches are usually looking for), we build the sync layer between the two: pricing, stock, order status, kept consistent on both sides.

A before and after

Before

A PrestaShop store run by a small team with an agency maintaining the site. Orders get exported to a spreadsheet once a day and keyed into the accounting system by hand. Stock counts drift between PrestaShop and the back-room inventory sheet until someone notices a sold-out item is still listed as available.

After

Orders post to the accounting system the moment they're placed. Stock changes in either direction, a sale on the site or a shipment received in the warehouse, show up on both sides within minutes. The agency still maintains the theme and modules; we maintain the plumbing between PrestaShop and the rest of the business.

Running PrestaShop and still moving orders by hand into your other systems?

Tell us what PrestaShop doesn't talk to yet, your accounting software, your warehouse, your ERP, and we'll build the connection. This isn't limited to PrestaShop either; whatever else in your business still runs on manual exports and copy-paste is worth the same conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is PrestaShop?+
An open-source e-commerce platform you self-host (on your own server or a hosting provider), built around a module system for adding features like payment gateways, shipping carriers, and marketing tools. It's particularly common in Europe and Latin America and is usually built and maintained by a developer or agency rather than run entirely in-house.
How much does PrestaShop cost?+
The software itself is free. Your actual cost is hosting, a theme if you're not using the default one, paid modules for anything beyond the basics (many payment gateways and advanced features are third-party add-ons), and usually a developer or agency to set it up and maintain it. There's no single PrestaShop subscription fee the way there is with a hosted platform.
Is PrestaShop free?+
The core platform is open-source and free to download and run. What costs money is everything around it: hosting, premium modules and themes, and development time. Budget for those even though the license itself has no price tag.
How does PrestaShop compare to Shopify?+
Shopify is hosted and managed for you; PrestaShop is self-hosted and you (or your agency) control the server, the code, and the module stack directly. That gives PrestaShop more flexibility and more responsibility at the same time. Neither is automatically the right call, it depends on whether you want to manage the infrastructure or hand that off.
Can n-frames build or maintain my PrestaShop store?+
No, that's a web development or agency job, module installation, theme customization, hosting. What we do is build the automation on top of an already-running PrestaShop store: connecting it to your accounting, inventory, or CRM systems so orders and stock stay in sync without someone doing it by hand.
