Square Takes the Payment at the Counter. We Pick Up From There.
Square is point-of-sale and payment acceptance built for taking a payment in person, by phone, online, or through a card reader at a pop-up, hardware and software working together out of the box. We don't sell or set up your Square hardware. We build what connects Square's sales data to the rest of your business once it's running, inventory, staffing, marketing, whatever currently depends on someone checking Square's dashboard and retyping the numbers somewhere else.
What we build on top of Square
Inventory and catalog sync across channels. A sale at one register updates stock everywhere else that sells the same item, an online store, a second location, a wholesale system, instead of someone reconciling counts by hand at closing.
Sales-driven staffing signals. Square's own sales and shift data feeding a scheduling or payroll system directly, so labor hours get checked against what actually sold instead of a manager cross-referencing two separate reports.
Customer and marketing triggers. A first-time customer's Square purchase automatically starting a follow-up sequence in whatever CRM or email tool the business already uses, instead of a loyalty program nobody remembers to run manually.
Follow-up on payments that don't finish cleanly. A failed recurring Square charge, or an online order that stalls mid-checkout, triggers a retry or a notification on its own instead of quietly disappearing until a customer asks about it.
Where this tends to show up
Catalog kept in sync everywhere
Stock levels, pricing, and item details stay consistent between Square and every other system that sells the same inventory, not just the register.
Sales data feeding staffing and payroll
Hours and labor costs checked against actual Square sales automatically, instead of someone pulling two reports and comparing them by hand.
What are you still exporting out of Square by hand?
Tell us what you're currently pulling out of Square's dashboard and retyping somewhere else, and we'll look at whether it can just flow there directly.

Running Square at the counter and still exporting numbers into something else by hand?
Tell us what Square data you're currently pulling out and retyping somewhere else, inventory counts, staffing hours, customer follow-up, and we'll work out which parts can just flow there directly. Square's only this page's example. The same question is worth asking about anything else in the business that still runs on someone copying numbers between two screens.
