Klaviyo

Klaviyo Already Knows What Your Customers Bought. We Make Sure It Knows Everything Else.

Klaviyo is the email and SMS marketing platform built for e-commerce, running abandoned-cart, post-purchase, and win-back flows off real purchase and browsing behavior, most commonly for Shopify stores, though it connects to other platforms too. We build the data connections that feed it: order status, inventory, and fulfillment info from systems Klaviyo's native integrations don't reach, so your flows trigger on what actually happened, not a guess.

What we build on top of Klaviyo

Klaviyo's native integrations cover Shopify well and reach into BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and a few other storefronts too. If your orders come through a custom-built checkout, a wholesale ordering system, or a platform outside that list, none of that purchase history reaches Klaviyo on its own. We build the sync that gets it there, so your segments and flows run on your real order data instead of a partial picture.

An abandoned-cart or browse-abandonment email that pushes a product that's actually sold out just annoys the customer and wastes the send. We connect Klaviyo to your real inventory or ERP data so a flow can check stock before it fires, swap in a substitute, or hold until the item's back.

Post-purchase flows are only as good as the shipping data behind them. We connect Klaviyo to your warehouse or 3PL system so a shipping confirmation reflects what's actually happening with the package, not an estimate based on the order date alone.

For stores running loyalty, subscriptions, or a wholesale side alongside direct-to-consumer, we bring that data into Klaviyo too, so a VIP segment or a win-back flow accounts for the full customer relationship, not just what one sales channel sees.

What we've built on top of Klaviyo

Stock-aware abandoned cart flows

A flow checks real inventory before it fires, instead of pushing a reminder for a product that sold out an hour ago.

Order data from outside Shopify

Custom checkouts and wholesale ordering systems feed Klaviyo the same way a native storefront integration would, so segments and flows cover your whole business.

Running Klaviyo and still missing half your order data?

Tell us where your orders, inventory, or fulfillment status actually live, especially if it isn't Shopify. We build the connection that gets it into Klaviyo so your flows fire on real information. And if Klaviyo isn't the system that's actually holding you back, that's fine too, we automate whatever's manual anywhere in your business.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Klaviyo used for?+
Klaviyo is an email and SMS marketing platform built around e-commerce data: purchase history, browsing behavior, and customer lifetime value drive its segments and automated flows like abandoned cart, post-purchase follow-up, and win-back. It's built to work off data from your store, not as a general-purpose marketing tool for a business without e-commerce behind it.
Is Klaviyo free, and how much does it cost?+
There's a limited free tier for a small number of contacts and sends. Beyond that, pricing scales by contact count and whether you're using email, SMS, or both, which makes a flat number hard to quote. Klaviyo's own pricing calculator is the only reliable source for a current figure given your list size. We don't sell Klaviyo; we build the integrations that connect whatever plan you're on to the rest of your data.
Does Klaviyo only work with Shopify?+
No, though Shopify is where it's most commonly used and most deeply integrated. Klaviyo also has native integrations for BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, and a handful of other commerce platforms. If your store runs on something outside that list, or you're syncing a wholesale or B2B order system alongside it, that connection usually needs custom work, which is what we build.
Does Klaviyo handle marketing automation on its own?+
For the standard e-commerce lifecycle, yes. Its built-in flows for abandoned cart, welcome series, and post-purchase follow-up cover most of what a typical store needs without any custom work. Where it stops is anything that depends on information Klaviyo doesn't have on its own: real-time stock levels, fulfillment status, or data from a system outside its native integrations.
How do I use Klaviyo if I'm just getting started?+
Klaviyo has its own onboarding flow and a library of guides for setting up your first segments and flows, and that part is genuinely well documented on its own. We come in once you're running it and want it connected to data it can't reach by itself.
