HubSpot knows your contacts and deals. Does the rest of your business?

HubSpot is the CRM and marketing platform your sales and marketing teams run contacts, deals, and campaigns through, with a free CRM core and paid Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Operations Hubs layered on top. We build the automations and integrations that connect HubSpot to your accounting, support, and fulfillment systems, so a closed deal, a new contact, or a support flag doesn't need a person to carry it from one tool to the next.

What We Build on Top of HubSpot

HubSpot already does a decent job of talking to the rest of your stack out of the box. It has its own native QuickBooks Online sync, for instance, and it covers standard contacts, products, and invoices well. Where it stops is anything custom: tiered pricing, non-standard products, deal terms that do not map to a single HubSpot product record. See exactly where that native sync breaks down →

Beyond accounting, the pattern repeats everywhere HubSpot touches another system. A deal moves to closed-won, and something downstream, an invoice, an onboarding task, a provisioning step, should happen without anyone opening a second tab to make it happen.

Support and inventory are the other two places this shows up most. Your support team wants to see a contact's deal stage and account tier the moment a ticket comes in, not after they've gone hunting for it. And if you're quoting or closing deals on products that live in a separate inventory or ERP system, your reps need to know what's actually available before they promise it, right inside the deal.

HubSpot's own API is solid and well documented, which is exactly why most of what we build here is possible without waiting on a native integration to exist or to cover your specific case.

What That Looks Like in Practice

Deals that trigger their own paperwork

A deal hits closed-won and the invoice, the onboarding task, and the welcome email all fire on their own, built around your actual pricing logic instead of HubSpot's standard product fields.

Support that already knows the account

A ticket comes in and the agent sees the contact's deal stage, account tier, and last sales interaction without switching tools, because that context is already sitting in the ticket.

Inventory your reps can actually trust

Stock levels from your warehouse or ERP show up right on the deal or contact record, so a rep isn't promising delivery dates they'd have to walk back later.

Lead capture that skips the copy-paste

A form fill, a chat, or an inbound call creates (or updates) the right HubSpot contact and deal automatically, with the routing and assignment rules already applied.

Running HubSpot and still rebuilding the same record by hand somewhere else?

Tell us where a deal, a contact, or a lifecycle stage has to get copied into another system before anything useful happens with it. We'll map out exactly what's worth connecting and what honestly isn't. And if HubSpot isn't actually where the friction lives, that's fine too. We automate whatever's manual in your business, not just your CRM.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does HubSpot cost?+
HubSpot's core CRM (contacts, deals, basic pipeline) is free indefinitely. Beyond that, HubSpot sells paid Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Operations Hubs, each with Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers, and the cost scales with contacts and seats as much as features. Exact pricing changes often enough that we'd rather point you to hubspot.com/pricing for current numbers than quote you something stale. We don't sell HubSpot or take a cut of what you pay for it; we just build on top of whichever tier you land on.
What is HubSpot actually used for?+
Managing contacts and the sales pipeline, at minimum, through its free CRM. Past that, businesses add it for marketing (email, landing pages, forms), customer service (a shared inbox and ticketing), or content, depending on which paid Hubs they pick up. Plenty of businesses run it as CRM-plus-marketing without ever touching the service or ops side.
Does HubSpot integrate with QuickBooks?+
Yes, HubSpot builds and maintains its own QuickBooks Online Data Sync, not a third party's. It covers standard contacts, products, and invoices. Here's exactly what it does and doesn't reach →
How does HubSpot compare to Pipedrive?+
Different shape of tool: HubSpot is a broader marketing-plus-sales-plus-service platform, Pipedrive is a leaner, pipeline-first CRM built mainly for sales teams. We break down the real differences, and why it matters less than you'd think, here →
How do I get HubSpot certified, or become a HubSpot partner?+
Both are free programs HubSpot runs directly through HubSpot Academy and its own partner program, not something n-frames offers or is involved in. What n-frames does is build the custom integrations and automation on top of whatever HubSpot setup you already have, certified or not.
Can I merge duplicate contacts or clean up my HubSpot data myself?+
Yes. HubSpot has a native merge tool for duplicate contacts and companies, and its own export and list-building tools for working with your existing data. Those are built-in HubSpot features, not something that needs custom work. Where we come in is automating what happens before and after that data exists, like making sure a new lead never creates a duplicate in the first place.
