Microsoft Teams holds your chat, your meetings, and your files. Does it hold the rest of your business too?

Microsoft Teams is Microsoft 365's hub for chat, video meetings, and file collaboration (files in a channel are actually stored in the connected SharePoint site behind it). We connect Teams to the other systems your business runs on, so a channel carries a real alert or a real approval, not just a message someone had to type and post themselves.

What we build on top of Microsoft Teams

Alerts posted automatically, not typed by hand. A webhook-connected message that fires when something real happens, an order stuck in fulfillment, a budget threshold crossed, lands in the right channel the moment it happens, instead of waiting on someone to notice and post it.

Approvals as cards inside the chat. Teams supports interactive Adaptive Cards, so an approve-or-reject decision can happen right in the message, with the click wired back to actually update the system the approval belongs to.

A lookup bot scoped to your business. Built on the Microsoft Bot Framework, a Teams bot can answer a question like order or account status on the spot, the same role a human currently plays by checking three other tools first.

Outlook and SharePoint, actually tied together. Teams already shares calendar data with Outlook and file storage with SharePoint. We close the remaining gap: a meeting outcome or a file upload in a channel triggering something in whatever system is supposed to act on it next.

A few concrete examples

Budget alerts in the right channel

A department's spend crosses a set threshold and a message lands in that team's Teams channel automatically, pulled from your accounting or ERP system, not a monthly report someone has to remember to check.

Approvals that write back

A manager approves a request from an Adaptive Card inside the chat. The approval updates the originating system immediately, no separate login to go confirm it landed.

What's still a manual post in your Teams channels?

If something in your business already gets typed into a channel by hand on a schedule, that's usually a sign it can post itself instead. Tell us what it is.

Running your business on Microsoft Teams and still typing updates into it yourself?

Tell us what gets posted into a channel on a recurring basis right now, an alert, a status, a reminder, and where that information actually lives. That's usually enough to tell us whether it can post itself. And if Teams isn't where the real manual work is happening, we take on whatever else in the business qualifies too.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Microsoft Teams?+
Microsoft Teams is Microsoft's business communication app: persistent chat organized into teams and channels, video meetings, and file sharing, built as part of Microsoft 365 rather than as a standalone product.
Where do I log into Microsoft Teams?+
At teams.microsoft.com in a browser, or through the desktop or mobile app, using the Microsoft 365 account your organization has set up.
Does Microsoft Teams connect to Outlook and SharePoint on its own?+
Yes, out of the box: Teams meetings show up in Outlook calendars and vice versa, and files shared in a channel are stored in that team's connected SharePoint site. What it doesn't do on its own is trigger an action in a different system (your CRM, your accounting software) based on something that happened in a meeting or a file, which is the part we build.
Can you build a custom bot or approval workflow inside Teams?+
Yes. Teams supports custom bots through the Microsoft Bot Framework and interactive Adaptive Cards for things like approvals, both of which we build scoped to a specific business workflow rather than a generic template.
