ActiveCampaign Already Automates Your Email. We Connect It to What's Actually Happening in Your Business.
ActiveCampaign combines email marketing, marketing automation, and a built-in CRM in one platform, letting you build multi-step automations off email behavior, form submissions, and deal stage changes. We connect it to the order, support, and operations data it doesn't see on its own, so its automations trigger off a real event in your business, not just an email open.
What we build on top of ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign's built-in CRM tracks deals and pipeline stages well enough that plenty of small sales teams skip a separate CRM entirely. The moment a deal closes, though, someone usually still has to create the invoice in accounting by hand. We build the trigger that fires the moment a deal hits closed-won, so the invoice goes out automatically with the right line items and terms.
ActiveCampaign has native integrations for some e-commerce platforms, but plenty of stores run checkouts, subscription tools, or order systems outside that list. We connect those directly, so a purchase, a renewal, or a cancellation can kick off the right automation without waiting on a native connector that doesn't exist for your setup.
ActiveCampaign's API is solid, which is exactly why most of what we build doesn't need to wait on a native integration. If your business tracks something ActiveCampaign's standard contact and deal fields don't have a place for, usage data, a support tier, a custom pricing agreement, we map it in through the API so your automations can actually act on it.
Support tickets closing, onboarding steps completing, renewal dates approaching: any of these can trigger an ActiveCampaign automation instead of staying a manual follow-up someone has to remember to send.
What we've built on top of ActiveCampaign
Deal-to-invoice automation
The moment a deal in ActiveCampaign's CRM hits closed-won, the matching invoice gets created in accounting automatically, with the right pricing and terms.
Automations triggered from outside ActiveCampaign
An order from a storefront ActiveCampaign doesn't natively support, or a support ticket resolving, can fire the right automation without a manual nudge.
What should be triggering an ActiveCampaign automation and isn't?
Tell us what's still a manual follow-up that should be running itself.
Running ActiveCampaign and still copying deal or order data in by hand?
Tell us what's not making it into ActiveCampaign automatically, a closed deal, a support resolution, an order from a system it doesn't natively support. We build the connection that gets it there. And if ActiveCampaign isn't actually where your manual work is piling up, that's fine too, the same question applies to anything else running your business.
