Odoo Covers a Lot of Ground. We Connect What It Doesn't.

Odoo is an open-source suite of business apps, CRM, accounting, inventory, manufacturing, HR, e-commerce, and more, built so a business can run as many or as few of its modules as it needs. We don't implement Odoo from scratch; we connect the Odoo modules a business already runs to everything else in its stack that Odoo was never meant to replace.

Odoo's own apps are built to work together: sell through the e-commerce app, invoice through accounting, track stock through inventory, all sharing one underlying database. That's a real strength over bolting together separate tools from separate vendors.

Most businesses running Odoo still rely on something Odoo doesn't cover well, or never replaced when they adopted it: an industry-specific tool with no Odoo module, a legacy system still holding historical records, a reporting or BI tool the finance team actually opens every day instead of Odoo's own dashboards. That outer layer is what we build, not the Odoo implementation itself.

What We Build on Top of Odoo

Connect Odoo to the tool it doesn't replace

If your business runs Odoo for accounting and inventory but still relies on a specialized tool for something Odoo doesn't do well, scheduling, industry-specific compliance, a niche CRM, we build the sync so data moves between them instead of living in two disconnected places.

Reporting that doesn't live inside Odoo

When the numbers people actually check live in a BI tool or a spreadsheet dashboard instead of Odoo's own reports, we build the pipeline that keeps that dashboard current automatically, pulled straight from Odoo's database or API.

Already running Odoo? Tell us what's still manual.

We pick up after the Odoo implementation is done, wherever data still has to move by hand between it and the rest of your stack.

Running Odoo and still connecting it to everything else by hand?

Tell us what's not talking to Odoo yet, a tool it doesn't have a module for, a legacy system you haven't fully retired, a report someone rebuilds manually every week. We'll look at it and say honestly what's worth building. And if Odoo isn't the piece that's actually slowing you down, that's fine too, we automate whatever's manual in your business, any tool, any process.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Odoo?+
Odoo is an open-source suite of business applications, CRM, accounting, inventory, manufacturing, project management, HR, e-commerce, and dozens more, built on a shared database so the apps you turn on work together out of the box.
Is Odoo free?+
The Community edition is free and open-source, and covers a real set of core apps. Odoo Enterprise adds more apps, official support, and Odoo's own cloud hosting, for a per-user subscription. Most growing businesses end up on Enterprise once they need more than the core modules.
What is the difference between Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise?+
Community is the free, self-hosted version with a smaller set of apps and no official Odoo support, maintained partly by the open-source community. Enterprise adds official support and hosting through Odoo's own cloud, plus additional apps, for a subscription fee.
Is Odoo good for small businesses?+
It can be, especially if you want one system covering several functions instead of stitching together separate single-purpose tools, and you're comfortable with, or have help with, the setup work that comes with a modular ERP. It's less turnkey out of the box than a single-purpose SaaS tool built for one job.
Does n-frames implement Odoo from scratch?+
No. Implementing Odoo itself, picking modules, configuring workflows, migrating data, is a different kind of project with its own specialists. We come in once Odoo is running and connect it to the rest of what your business uses, which is a different problem than standing it up in the first place.
