Freshsales runs your pipeline. What happens when a deal actually closes?
Freshsales is Freshworks' sales CRM: a deal pipeline, built-in phone and email, lead scoring, and workflow automation, built to be quick to set up rather than a long configuration project. It's genuinely good at running the pipeline itself. It doesn't know what should happen in your other systems the moment a deal closes. We connect Freshsales to the rest of your business so a closed deal doesn't just sit there waiting for someone to act on it.
What We Build on Top of Freshsales
Most Freshsales setups start with leads landing in manually, from a contact form, a trade show list, a spreadsheet someone's been keeping. We build the capture layer that skips that step: web forms, ad platforms, and other lead sources feed straight into Freshsales, already scored and assigned to the right rep based on territory, deal size, or product interest.
A deal marked Won is the real trigger point, and most businesses still treat it as a cue for someone to go do several things by hand. We build the handoff so the invoice goes out in QuickBooks or Xero, the onboarding task gets created, and the welcome email goes out, all from that one status change in Freshsales.
Freshsales' own workflow builder handles simple if-this-then-that rules well, but it only sees data that already lives inside Freshsales. The moment a rule needs to check something external, is this account already a customer in our billing system, has this contact filed a support ticket recently, that native automation stops being enough. We build the logic that reaches outside Freshsales to make that call correctly.
If your business also runs Freshdesk for support, that's a separate Freshworks product with its own login, not the same tool as Freshsales under a different name. We connect the two so a rep can see a customer's support history before a sales call, or a support agent can see the deal in progress before a ticket turns into an upsell conversation.
A Real-World Scenario: Regional Equipment Rental Company
Eight sales reps on Freshsales, a separate scheduling and reservation system for the equipment, invoicing in QuickBooks.
Before
A rep closes a rental deal in Freshsales, then switches to the reservation system to block out the equipment for the right dates, then opens QuickBooks to build the invoice by hand, matching line items to whatever they remember quoting. If the dates or the price drift between the three systems, nobody notices until the customer calls to ask why their invoice doesn't match what they agreed to.
After
Marking the deal Won in Freshsales reserves the equipment automatically with the exact dates from the deal record, generates the QuickBooks invoice with the agreed pricing, and sends the customer a confirmation, all without the rep opening another tab. Reps spend their day on calls instead of reconciling the same numbers across three apps.

Running your pipeline through Freshsales and still doing the follow-through by hand?
Tell us what happens, or should happen, the moment a deal closes in your business. We'll show you which of it Freshsales can trigger directly and which needs a connection to something outside it. And if the gap isn't actually in your sales process, that's fine too, we automate whatever's manual in your business, not just the CRM.
