Dynamics 365 Covers a Lot. It Still Doesn't Talk to Everything You Run.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a family of cloud business apps: Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service cover CRM, while Business Central and Finance & Operations cover ERP, all built on the same underlying Microsoft data platform. Once a business is running one or more of these modules, we connect them to whatever else isn't Microsoft, the e-commerce platform, the industry-specific tool, the system from before the move to Dynamics that nobody's fully retired yet.
Dynamics 365 modules talk to each other well, and to the rest of the Microsoft stack, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, through Microsoft's own connections. That part is genuinely solid out of the box.
The gap shows up at the edges: a business running Dynamics 365 Business Central for the books but a separate CRM for sales, a company mid-migration from an older ERP with live data still sitting in both systems, or a Dynamics 365 Sales setup that needs order and inventory data from a warehouse system that has nothing to do with Microsoft. Someone ends up the connector, exporting from one system and importing into the other by hand.
What We Build on Top of Dynamics 365
Bridge Dynamics to what isn't Microsoft
When your CRM is Dynamics 365 Sales but your e-commerce platform, support desk, or warehouse system runs on something else entirely, we build the sync so customer, order, and inventory data moves both directions without anyone keying it in twice.
Keep both sides in sync during a migration
Moving from an older ERP or CRM into Dynamics 365 rarely happens overnight. We build the bridge that keeps data accurate in both systems during the transition, so the business doesn't have to freeze operations to get there.

Running Dynamics 365 and still bridging it to other systems by hand?
Tell us what's not connected, your CRM module, your ERP module, or something entirely outside Microsoft's stack. We'll give you an honest read on whether it's fixable. And if Dynamics 365 isn't where the real bottleneck is, that's fine too, we automate whatever's manual in your business, any tool, any process.
