Cin7 tracks your stock. We connect it to everywhere you sell it.
Cin7 is cloud inventory management software for product businesses, covering stock control, order management, warehouse management, POS, and B2B e-commerce in one system. It comes in two flavors: Cin7 Core (built from the former DEAR Systems, aimed at growing businesses) and Cin7 Omni (the original Cin7 product, aimed at bigger, more complex operations). We connect Cin7 to the sales channels, accounting software, and reporting tools around it, so a stock number entered once in Cin7 doesn't need entering again anywhere else.
What we build on top of Cin7
Selling through more than one channel, your own storefront, a marketplace, a wholesale portal, means stock levels need to agree everywhere at once. We build the sync logic that keeps Cin7 and each channel reconciled in both directions, so a sale on one channel doesn't oversell on another before Cin7 catches up.
Cin7 ships with its own accounting connectors, but they assume a fairly standard setup. If you run multiple entities, need custom cost allocation across locations, or just need the mapping to match how your chart of accounts actually works, we build that layer instead of forcing your books into Cin7's default assumptions.
Orders placed somewhere Cin7 doesn't natively plug into, a custom B2B portal, an EDI feed from a big retail customer, get translated into Cin7 orders automatically, picked and packed through its warehouse workflow without anyone retyping a purchase order by hand.
Cin7's REST API is solid enough to build real reporting on top of, so we pull inventory, order, and margin data straight into whatever dashboard leadership actually looks at, instead of someone exporting a CSV out of Cin7 every week.
What we've built on top of Cin7
Cross-channel stock reconciliation
Stock counts sync across your storefront, marketplace listings, and wholesale channel in near real time, so Cin7 stays the single source of truth instead of one of several conflicting ones.
Custom cost allocation into accounting
Landed costs and multi-location overhead get split and posted the way your finance team actually tracks them, not the way a generic connector assumes every business works.

A channel, a 3PL, a reporting tool, a custom portal, tell us what it is and what you're doing to patch the gap right now.

Running Cin7 and still reconciling stock numbers between systems by hand?
Tell us which two systems disagree with each other most often, and why. Most of the time it's a channel or an accounting setup Cin7's own connectors weren't built to handle. And if Cin7 isn't actually where the friction is, that's fine too, we build automation on whatever's manual in your business, not just this one system.
