Greenway Runs Your Practice's EHR and Billing. We Connect the Rest.
Greenway Health sells EHR and practice management software to small and midsize medical practices, mostly through its Intergy platform, covering charting, scheduling, billing, and a patient portal in one system. We don't sell or administer Greenway. We build the integrations that connect its billing and scheduling data to the accounting, referral, and reporting tools a practice runs alongside it.
What we build on top of Greenway
Greenway, through Intergy, or PrimeSuite at practices that haven't moved off it, handles claims, scheduling, and charting well inside its own system. The gap opens up once that data needs to reach something Greenway doesn't own: a practice's general accounting software, a referral tracker, or a report meant to cover more than one location.
Billing is usually where it hurts most. Intergy tracks claim status and remittance inside its own screens, but getting that data into QuickBooks or whatever system the practice's books actually live in is typically a manual export. We build that sync, and flag claims aging past a point someone sets, so billing staff catch a denial the week it happens instead of during month-end close.
Patient intake has the same gap. A new-patient web form or referral fax shouldn't mean someone retyping details into Intergy's registration screen. We build the handoff so that information lands in the right record automatically, insurance details included.
Practices running more than one location or provider on Greenway run into the same reporting problem every week, pulling claims and scheduling data out of each instance separately to build one picture. We build that rollup once, so it stays current without the manual pull.
Where this shows up in practice
Claims data, synced where the books live
Intergy's billing and remittance data syncs to QuickBooks or your accounting system, with claims aging past a set point flagged before they turn into a write-off.
Patient intake, without the retyping
A new-patient form or referral creates the right record in Intergy automatically, insurance details included, instead of landing on someone's desk to retype.
What's still manual between Greenway and the rest of your practice?
A referral list tracked in a spreadsheet, a multi-location claims report built by hand each week, a denial that only gets caught a month late: tell us what it is and we'll look at what's actually possible.
Running Greenway across more than one location and still combining its reports by hand?
Tell us what's not connected right now, claims, intake, a report someone rebuilds every week. And if Greenway isn't actually where the friction lives, that's fine too. We look at whatever's manual in the practice, any tool, not just this one.
