Xero keeps your books clean. What about everything that feeds into them?
Xero is cloud accounting software for invoicing, bank reconciliation, bill pay, and multi-currency bookkeeping, built for small businesses and the accountants and bookkeepers who manage their books. It's genuinely good at the books themselves. It doesn't know about the deal your sales team just closed, the order that landed on your storefront an hour ago, or the shift your crew just logged. We connect Xero to the rest of your business so that information reaches your books without someone copying it over by hand.
What We Build on Top of Xero
Bank reconciliation is the obvious starting point, and Xero's own matching is decent, but it stops at the bank line. We build the rules and lookups that go further: a deposit doesn't just match to an account, it matches to the specific invoice, customer, or job it belongs to, pulled from your CRM or order system, even when the bank memo itself tells you nothing useful.
Deal closes in your CRM? The matching Xero invoice goes out without anyone opening Xero. We build that handoff so sales doesn't have to remember to tell accounting, and accounting doesn't have to re-type what sales already typed once.
Xero's built-in inventory tracking is fine for simple cases, but it's thin. If you're selling through Shopify, WooCommerce, or a wholesale channel, we sync inventory counts and cost of goods from the system that's actually managing stock into Xero, instead of someone reconciling two sets of numbers at month-end.
If you run more than one Xero organization, separate entities, separate currencies, separate logins, you don't get one combined view out of the box. We build the consolidated reporting and dashboards that pull all of it into a single picture, which matters a lot if you're a bookkeeping or accounting firm juggling several client files.
A Real-World Scenario: Multi-Location Specialty Retailer
Four storefronts, a POS system at the register, Xero for the books.
Before
Every morning, someone pulls a sales summary from each location's POS and keys it into Xero as a manual journal entry, broken out by tender type and sales tax. Four locations means four separate entries, done by hand, and a typo in one doesn't show up until reconciliation days later.
After
Each location's daily sales summary posts into Xero automatically, already coded to the right accounts and tax rates, the same morning it happens. Reconciliation is a five-minute check instead of a standing task, and the time that used to go into data entry goes into actually looking at the numbers.

Tell us what's not talking to Xero yet, a sales channel, a CRM, a time tracker, anything. We'll give you a straight read on what's worth connecting. And if Xero itself isn't actually where the pain is, that's fine too, we automate whatever's manual in your business, not just the accounting software.
