Zoho CRM is great at being part of Zoho. The trouble starts when the rest of your stack isn't.

Zoho CRM handles your pipeline, your contacts, and a decent amount of workflow automation out of the box, especially if you're already running Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Campaigns alongside it. The gap shows up the moment your business runs tools outside the Zoho family: QuickBooks instead of Zoho Books, Zendesk instead of Zoho Desk, a warehouse system Zoho has never heard of. That's the bridge we build.

Zoho's own apps talk to each other through Zoho Flow and a shared data model, which covers a lot of ground as long as your entire stack is Zoho. Blueprint and Workflow Rules handle a fair amount of in-app automation too: assigning leads, sending follow-up emails, moving a deal through stages on a schedule.

The trouble starts at the edges. The moment an automation needs to check something in a system Zoho doesn't own, whether an invoice got paid, whether a shipment went out, whether a support ticket is still open, Zoho CRM has no visibility into it at all. Someone ends up checking a second tab every time, because the two systems were never actually introduced to each other.

What We Build on Top of Zoho CRM

Bring outside data into the CRM

So a rep can answer a question without leaving the record.

  • ■Invoice and payment status pulled in from QuickBooks, Xero, or whatever accounting system you actually run, not just Zoho Books
  • ■Shipping and order status synced from your warehouse or fulfillment system, visible right on the account record
  • ■Support ticket history from Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom, so a rep knows if a customer's had a rough week before they call

Automate past what Blueprint can see

Zoho's native workflow tools are rule-based and limited to what Zoho already knows about.

  • ■Lead routing that checks a field in your ERP or billing system before it assigns a rep, not just territory or deal size
  • ■Deal-closed triggers that create the matching invoice, kick off onboarding in your project tool, and notify the right Slack channel, in one shot
  • ■Renewal and win-back alerts built from usage or billing data Zoho CRM was never given access to natively

Running Zoho CRM and tired of being the connector between it and the rest of your stack?

Tell us what isn't talking to Zoho CRM right now, your accounting system, your support desk, your warehouse. We'll look at what's actually possible and give you a straight answer. And if Zoho CRM isn't where the real friction is, that's fine too, we automate whatever's manual in your business, any tool, not just this one.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Zoho CRM?+
A cloud-based CRM from Zoho that handles leads, contacts, deals, and pipeline tracking, with workflow automation (Blueprint, Workflow Rules) and a genuinely usable free tier for small teams. It's one app inside a much larger Zoho suite that includes Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, and dozens of others.
How much does Zoho CRM cost? Is there a free plan?+
Yes, there's a free edition for up to three users with basic lead and contact management. Paid plans add Blueprint, advanced workflow automation, and forecasting, scaling up through several tiers. Zoho changes pricing periodically, so check Zoho's own site for current numbers rather than treating any figure here as fixed.
What's the difference between Zoho CRM and Zoho One?+
Zoho CRM is a single app. Zoho One is a bundle that includes Zoho CRM plus most of the rest of Zoho's suite (Books, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics, and more) at a flat per-employee price. If your business already leans on three or four different Zoho apps, Zoho One usually works out cheaper than paying for each one separately.
Does Zoho CRM have an API?+
Yes, a full REST API covering leads, contacts, deals, and most of what you can do in the interface. That's what we use to build the integrations above, connecting Zoho CRM to whatever your business runs outside the Zoho ecosystem.
Where do I log into Zoho CRM?+
At crm.zoho.com, with your regular Zoho account credentials.
Is Zoho CRM any good?+
For a sales team that wants solid pipeline management without enterprise pricing, yes, especially if you're already in the Zoho ecosystem. It's less customizable at the data-model level than Salesforce, and the native automation tops out fast once a workflow needs to reach outside Zoho, which is usually where we come in.
