Shopware Handles the Storefront. We Connect What Comes Next.
Shopware is a self-hosted (or Shopware-managed-cloud) e-commerce platform, built on a plugin architecture, with a strong footprint among European agencies and developers building custom storefronts. It's built to handle catalog, checkout, and multi-shop setups well. It's not built to automatically keep your accounting, inventory, or CRM in sync with what happens in the store, that's what we add.
What we build on top of Shopware
Orders that post to your books on their own. A Shopware order becomes an invoice in QuickBooks, Xero, or your ERP the moment it's placed, with the right tax and shipping already applied.
Inventory synced across channels. If a product sells through Shopware and through another channel, a second storefront, a marketplace, a wholesale system, stock levels update on both sides without a manual reconciliation.
Plugin and API data, actually put to use. Shopware's plugin system and API expose a lot of events: a new order, a stock change, a customer hitting a loyalty threshold. We route those events into whatever tool your team watches day to day, instead of leaving them inside the Shopware admin.
Multi-shop consistency. For businesses running more than one Shopware storefront (a common Shopware setup), we keep pricing, stock, and customer data consistent across all of them instead of managing each one as its own island.
What this looks like in practice
Manual bookkeeping, gone
Instead of exporting Shopware orders into a spreadsheet and keying them into accounting software, each order posts automatically as it comes in.
One inventory number, not three
A business running Shopware alongside a warehouse system or a second sales channel gets one accurate stock count instead of reconciling several by hand.
What's still manual in your Shopware setup?
Just two common examples. Tell us what actually eats time in your store's operations and we'll build the specific fix.
Running Shopware and still bridging systems by hand?
Tell us which handoff is manual right now, orders into accounting, stock across storefronts, customer data into your CRM, and we'll automate it. Same goes for anything else in the business that has nothing to do with Shopware.
