Litify Is Salesforce Underneath. We Build What Connects To It.
Litify is a case and matter management platform built natively on the Salesforce platform, aimed at larger firms that want Salesforce's reporting and customization depth applied to legal work. We don't sell, resell, or configure Litify itself. We build the automation and integrations on top of it, connecting it to your billing, document, and client-facing systems, using the same Salesforce integration work we do for firms on plain Salesforce.
What we build on top of Litify
Because Litify sits on Salesforce, most of what slows a Litify firm down isn't Litify itself, it's everything around it that still needs a person to carry data back and forth.
Matter-to-billing handoffs. A matter's status changes in Litify, a milestone closes, a settlement posts, and the corresponding invoice or trust transaction needs to show up in your accounting or billing system without someone re-keying it.
Document assembly and e-signature triggers. A matter record hits a given stage and the right document template gets generated and routed for signature automatically, instead of a paralegal pulling the template and filling it in by hand each time.
Referral and intake routing. Litify's referral network features can feed a new matter in; we build the step after that, routing the intake to the right attorney, starting the right checklist, and notifying the people who need to know, based on practice area or case type.
Client-facing status. Pulling case status, document requests, or billing information out of Litify into a simple client portal, so clients stop calling the office for an update that's already sitting in the system.
What this looks like day to day
Before
A case settles. Someone opens Litify to confirm the terms, opens the accounting system to post the disbursement, opens the document system to generate the closing letter, and opens email to send it. Each step waits on the person doing the last one.
After
The settlement status change in Litify kicks off the rest on its own: the disbursement posts, the closing letter generates from the matter's own data, and it goes out for signature. A person reviews it once, at the end, instead of running each step by hand.
What's still manual between Litify and the rest of your firm's systems?
That's the actual question. Tell us where the handoff breaks down and we'll look at whether it's worth fixing.
Running Litify and still moving data between it and everything else by hand?
Tell us what Litify doesn't talk to yet, your billing system, your document templates, your client communication. Since Litify is Salesforce at its core, a lot of that integration work is familiar territory for us already. And if Litify isn't where the real friction is, that's fine too, we build on top of whatever your firm runs.
