Zoho Inventory Tracks Your Stock. We Connect It to Everywhere You Sell.
Zoho Inventory is cloud inventory and order management software: stock levels, purchase orders, and shipments across multiple warehouses and sales channels, usable on its own or alongside Zoho Books. We build the integrations that connect Zoho Inventory to the systems it doesn't natively cover, QuickBooks instead of Zoho Books, a marketplace beyond its built-in list, so stock and orders stay in sync without anyone updating three screens by hand.
What we build on top of Zoho Inventory
Zoho Inventory already connects cleanly to the rest of the Zoho suite, Zoho Books for the accounting side, Zoho CRM for sales, and it ships with built-in connections to Shopify, Amazon, and eBay for pulling in orders from those channels directly.
The gap shows up once a business runs something outside that list. QuickBooks instead of Zoho Books is the one we see most: Zoho Inventory doesn't talk to QuickBooks natively, so stock movements and sales don't reconcile with the books unless someone exports and re-enters the numbers by hand.
The built-in marketplace connectors also only go so far. They're built for a fairly standard setup, one pricing rule, one warehouse, one way of mapping a SKU. The moment a business needs multi-warehouse allocation, channel-specific pricing, or a bundling rule the native integration doesn't handle, that's custom work against Zoho Inventory's own API.
The other pattern is alerts that need to reach a person, not just a dashboard. Zoho Inventory flags items crossing a reorder point inside the app, but if nobody's logged in to see it, the alert doesn't do much. We've connected that signal to Slack, email, or a task in whatever project tool a team actually works out of.
Where this shows up in practice
QuickBooks and Zoho Inventory, kept in sync
For a business running Zoho Inventory for stock but QuickBooks for the books, sales and stock movements sync between the two automatically instead of someone re-entering the same numbers in both.
A low-stock alert that actually reaches someone
Zoho Inventory flags items crossing a reorder point inside the app. We've connected that signal to Slack, email, or a task in your project tool, so restocking doesn't depend on someone remembering to check the dashboard.
What's not syncing with Zoho Inventory right now?
A separate accounting system, a marketplace the native connector doesn't quite handle, an alert nobody sees in time: tell us what it is and we'll map it against Zoho Inventory's own API.

Running Zoho Inventory and still bridging it to your books by hand?
Tell us what's not syncing, QuickBooks instead of Zoho Books, a marketplace the native connector doesn't quite handle, a reorder alert nobody sees in time, and we'll map it against Zoho's own API. And if inventory isn't actually where your manual work is, that's fine too. We automate whatever's eating time in your business, not just stock counts.
