NetSuite runs your ERP. We connect everything it doesn't cover natively.

NetSuite is Oracle's cloud ERP: accounting, inventory, order management, and CRM bundled into one system built for businesses that have outgrown simpler software. We connect NetSuite to the systems it doesn't include out of the box, your help desk, your storefront, your warehouse tool, and build custom integrations through its API for workflows that don't fit a standard connector.

What we build on top of NetSuite

NetSuite covers a lot of ground on its own: general ledger, inventory, order management, and a built-in CRM module. What it doesn't do is connect itself to every other system a growing business runs, a support desk, a specific e-commerce platform, a warehouse tool that predates the NetSuite rollout.

A lot of the integration work we do with NetSuite goes through its SuiteTalk API: pulling order, inventory, or customer data out of NetSuite into another system, or pushing data in from a tool NetSuite was never built to talk to directly.

The other common pattern is internal. NetSuite's approval workflows and saved searches handle a lot, but not every business process maps cleanly onto them. We build the custom logic, scheduled syncs, alerts, and record-triggered automations that NetSuite's standard configuration doesn't cover on its own.

A specific version of that we see often: a business runs NetSuite's order management but relies on a separate specialized tool for route planning, field service, or a particular warehouse. We build the two-way sync that keeps inventory and order status accurate across both without anyone entering the same data twice.

Where this shows up in practice

Support and sales see NetSuite data without logging in

Order status, inventory levels, and account balances from NetSuite get surfaced inside Zendesk, Salesforce, or whatever tool your team actually works out of, so nobody switches tabs to answer a basic question.

Custom workflows that NetSuite’s defaults don’t quite cover

When a business process is close to what NetSuite's native workflow tools support but not an exact match, we build the automation that fills the gap instead of forcing the process to bend to the software.

A second system feeding NetSuite, or the other way around

E-commerce orders, warehouse scans, or field service completions flow into NetSuite automatically, and NetSuite's own records flow back out to wherever your team needs to see them.

Running NetSuite and still bridging gaps with spreadsheets?

Tell us what's not connected, a support desk, a storefront, a workflow that doesn't fit NetSuite's defaults, and we'll tell you what's realistic to automate through its API. And if NetSuite isn't actually your system of record, that's fine too. We build on top of whatever ERP or accounting platform your business already runs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is NetSuite?+
NetSuite is Oracle's cloud ERP platform: accounting, inventory, order management, and CRM built into one system, aimed at businesses that have outgrown simpler accounting software like QuickBooks. Oracle acquired NetSuite in 2016, which is why you'll sometimes see it referred to as Oracle NetSuite.
Is NetSuite an ERP?+
Yes. That's really what NetSuite is built as, an enterprise resource planning system covering financials, inventory, and order management in one platform, rather than accounting software with ERP features bolted on later.
What is NetSuite used for?+
Businesses use NetSuite to run their financial books, manage inventory and order fulfillment, and, through its built-in CRM module, track customers and sales, all from one system instead of stitching several smaller tools together. It's especially common at companies running multiple entities or subsidiaries, since NetSuite consolidates that natively.
How much does NetSuite cost?+
NetSuite doesn't publish flat pricing. Cost depends on which modules a business needs, how many users, and implementation scope, and most businesses go through a quote process rather than a listed price. Budgeting for both the software and a real implementation timeline is normal, this isn't a sign-up-and-go product the way QuickBooks or FreshBooks are.
Does NetSuite have an API we can build on?+
Yes, through SuiteTalk, its web services API, and SuiteScript for custom logic that runs inside NetSuite itself. That's the layer we build most of our NetSuite integrations through. See our dedicated breakdown of what's possible through NetSuite's API →
Should my business move from QuickBooks to NetSuite?+
Only if you're running multiple entities, multiple currencies, or bumping into real structural limits QuickBooks wasn't built to handle, revenue alone isn't the deciding factor. We cover the actual decision points in our QuickBooks vs. NetSuite comparison →
