HappyFox Connects to Slack, Jira, and 7,000+ Apps. We Build What's Left.
HappyFox ships native integrations with Slack, Jira, Shopify, Salesforce, and Stripe, plus a Zapier app that reaches thousands of other tools, and a REST API for anything custom. Each native connector covers a defined, general slice of what you'd want wired up: create a ticket from a Slack message, push a Jira issue from a ticket, pull order data from Shopify. We build the integration logic that starts where those connectors stop, field mapping, bulk migration, and triggers tied to your own ticket data instead of a generic one.
What HappyFox connects to natively, and what each one actually does
Slack: the native app lets agents create, reply to, and update tickets from inside Slack, and search the knowledge base without switching tabs. It's built for agent convenience inside Slack, not for pushing ticket data into other Slack-based workflows your team already runs.
Jira: one click turns a ticket into a Jira issue, and comments sync between the two from that point. It covers the handoff from support to engineering well; it doesn't map custom HappyFox fields to custom Jira fields beyond whatever the default sync already handles.
Zapier: HappyFox's Zapier app reaches thousands of apps on triggers like a new ticket or a status change, and actions like creating or updating a ticket. It's genuinely useful for simple one-step automations, but Zapier's own HappyFox triggers and actions are a fixed, limited list, not everything the HappyFox API itself exposes.
The REST API: HappyFox's API covers tickets, categories, custom fields, and more, authenticated with an API key per agent. Anything Zapier's app doesn't expose as a trigger or action is usually still reachable here, which is where most of our custom integration work actually happens.
What We Build Beyond HappyFox's Native Connectors
Jira sync on your own custom fields
Ticket priority, customer tier, and account value synced to the Jira fields your engineering team actually filters by, not just the default issue-creation handoff.
Zapier's missing triggers, built directly on the API
When the action you need isn't in Zapier's HappyFox trigger list, SLA-breach events, specific tag combinations, we build it straight against the API instead of waiting for Zapier to add it.
Bulk migration in or out
Years of ticket history moved into HappyFox from a legacy help desk, or out to a reporting warehouse, run through the API in batches instead of a manual CSV export that drops custom fields.
Slack alerts with the context agents actually need
Instead of a bare ticket link, the Slack message carries the customer's account tier and order status pulled from your CRM or store, so whoever sees it can act without opening HappyFox first.
Running HappyFox and still hitting the edge of its Zapier app or native connectors?
Tell us which system HappyFox needs to talk to and what the native integration won't do. Most of the time the API covers the gap, and we build directly against it rather than waiting on a connector that may never ship. And HappyFox is just one piece of this: wherever a connector stops short in your stack, that's the kind of gap we close.
