Multi-location and multi-warehouse sync
Stock counts stay accurate across every location Advanced Inventory tracks, synced with whatever system your warehouse team actually uses day to day.
Advanced Inventory (Platinum and Diamond editions) adds bin location tracking, barcode scanning, and better multi-location visibility over standard QuickBooks Enterprise inventory. Where it still falls short for a lot of growing businesses: serial and lot tracking depth, bill-of-materials complexity, and real warehouse management workflows, which is usually where a third-party connection or custom build comes in.
Basic bin tracking and barcode scanning work reasonably well out of the box. The gap shows up at real scale: serial or lot tracking across multiple warehouses, costing methods beyond what Advanced Inventory supports natively, or connecting it to a dedicated WMS, 3PL, or shipping system that needs more detail than QuickBooks Enterprise exposes easily.
We connect Advanced Inventory to the systems that actually need that data, barcode scanners, a WMS, a 3PL's system, e-commerce platforms, and build the parts of the workflow that Advanced Inventory alone doesn't cover.
Shopify to QuickBooks sync
The problemShopify sales landed in QuickBooks as one number a day. Every month somebody spent half a day working out why a payout didn't match.
A retailer's Shopify sales synced into QuickBooks as one number a day, and every month someone spent half a day working out why a payout didn't match. We rebuilt the sync to itemize by product category, use real product costs, and match each payout to the orders, fees and refunds behind it. The half-day reconciliation became a five-minute check.
Stock counts stay accurate across every location Advanced Inventory tracks, synced with whatever system your warehouse team actually uses day to day.
When Advanced Inventory's native lot/serial handling isn't detailed enough for your compliance or traceability needs, we build the layer that is.
Scanning workflows built around how your warehouse actually operates, not the generic default.
Inventory data flows to and from your 3PL or storefront automatically, instead of someone reconciling counts by hand between systems.
The result isn't replacing Advanced Inventory. It's extending it to cover what it doesn't, without ripping out a system your team already knows.

Let's talk →Platinum and Diamond. It's not available on the lower-tier Enterprise plans or standard QuickBooks Desktop.
Not natively in much depth. We build that connection when a dedicated WMS, 3PL, or barcode workflow needs more than Advanced Inventory exposes on its own.
Depends on how far your inventory needs have outgrown it. If the gap is specific (one workflow, one integration), extending Advanced Inventory is usually faster and cheaper than switching platforms. See our page on outgrowing QuickBooks Enterprise if you're weighing that decision.
