Tidio

Tidio Connects to Shopify, Klaviyo, and Slack. Just Not All on Every Plan.

Tidio's native integrations cover the e-commerce stack directly: a Shopify app and a WooCommerce add-on that bring order, customer, and product data into chat, plus Mailchimp and Klaviyo connections that push chat activity into email and SMS flows, Gmail for sending from a bot-captured contact, and channels like WhatsApp and Messenger. The Slack integration is real but limited to Tidio's Plus and Premium plans. We build the integration work that sits outside this list entirely, or that a lower plan doesn't include, so you're not stuck re-platforming just to get one connection working.

What Tidio connects to natively, and where each one actually stops

Shopify and WooCommerce: both bring a shopper's order history and product context into the chat window, so an agent or Lyro can see what someone bought without asking. It's genuinely solid for the standard order fields; a custom field your store tracks, like a loyalty tier or a subscription status, isn't part of the native sync.

Mailchimp and Klaviyo: chat conversations and captured leads push into email or SMS flows, so a customer who didn't convert in chat still gets a follow-up sequence. The data that flows across is what the conversation captured, not your full customer profile from either platform.

Slack: available, but only on Tidio's Plus and Premium plans. If you're on a lower plan and still want chat events routed into Slack, the native path isn't an option; it has to be built against the API instead.

The API itself: Tidio provides an API with preset commands for customizing the widget, plus a broader Zapier app for less common connections. Most of what we build for Tidio clients, custom CRM fields, inventory-aware answers, plan-gated features, ends up running through one of these two paths.

What We Build on Top of Tidio's Integrations

Custom store fields in the chat window

Loyalty tier, subscription status, or a flag your store tracks that Shopify's or WooCommerce's standard sync doesn't carry, shown right alongside the order data that already does.

Chat-to-Slack routing without the Plus plan

The same kind of Slack alert the native integration offers, built against the API directly, for teams that aren't ready to move up a plan tier just for one connection.

Lead capture that carries full context into your CRM

A visitor's email and the product they asked about land in your actual CRM, not just Mailchimp or Klaviyo, tagged with what the conversation was actually about.

Inventory-aware chat answers

A shopper asking if something's back in stock gets a real answer pulled from your inventory system, not just the product description Tidio already has on file.

Running Tidio and need a connection its native integrations don't cover, or your plan doesn't include?

Tell us which system Tidio needs to talk to, and whether it's a missing integration or a plan limit in the way. Either way, the API usually gets us there. And once we're in your stack, we automate whatever else is still running manually, not just the chat widget.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Tidio integrate with Shopify and WooCommerce?+
Yes, both natively. The Shopify app and the WooCommerce add-on bring order, customer, and product data into the chat window so an agent or Lyro can see what a shopper bought without asking.
Is Tidio's Slack integration available on every plan?+
No, it's limited to Tidio's Plus and Premium plans. Teams on a lower plan who still want chat events in Slack need that connection built directly against the API instead.
Does Tidio integrate with Klaviyo and Mailchimp?+
Yes. Chat conversations and captured leads can push into Klaviyo or Mailchimp flows, so a visitor who didn't convert in chat still gets a follow-up email or SMS sequence.
Does Tidio have an API?+
Yes, Tidio provides an API with preset commands for customizing the chat widget, alongside a Zapier app for simpler automations. Most custom integration work, beyond the native connector list, runs through one of the two.
