CRM logging tied to the actual meeting outcome
A booking creates or updates the right CRM record, and we can tie post-meeting actions, follow-up tasks, stage changes, to whether the meeting actually happened.
Calendly's native Zoom integration generates and attaches a Zoom link to a booking automatically, no manual step for either side. That covers the meeting itself well. It doesn't update your CRM, trigger a reminder sequence tied to your business logic, or do anything with what happens after the meeting ends, which is where we come in.
Once connected, every new Calendly booking that includes a video call automatically gets a Zoom meeting created and the link attached to the invite, for both the host and the invitee. No manual Zoom-link creation, no copy-pasting into a confirmation email.
That's the entire scope. The integration doesn't log the meeting against a CRM record, doesn't branch based on who booked or what they booked, and doesn't do anything with the meeting afterward, whether it happened, whether a follow-up is needed, whether the lead should move to a different stage.

Different booking types trigger different reminder sequences or internal notifications, instead of every booking being treated identically.
Tell us what should happen before or after a Calendly booking and we'll build it.
Tell us what should happen when someone books, or after the call ends. We'll build the automation around the meeting itself.
Let's talk →Yes. Once connected, Calendly automatically generates and attaches a Zoom meeting link to any booking that includes a video call, for both the host and the invitee.
Not on its own beyond its native Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, which log the booking itself. Tying that to a meeting's actual outcome, whether it happened, what should happen next, is custom logic we build.
Yes, that's one of the most common things we build on top of Calendly, routing and follow-up sequences that depend on what was booked and who booked it, not a one-size-fits-all reminder.
Often, yes, especially if a human is currently responsible for remembering to follow up, log the outcome, or move a deal forward after every call.
