Invoices and jobs reaching Desktop automatically
Completed jobs and invoices from Jobber post into your QuickBooks Desktop company file without someone re-entering them by hand.
Jobber's own integration only talks to QuickBooks Online now, officially dropped Desktop support back in 2019. If your business runs Jobber for scheduling and invoicing but still keeps its books in QuickBooks Desktop, the honest answer from Jobber is: switch to QBO, or do it by hand. We think there's a third option.
Jobber not supporting Desktop doesn't mean the two systems can't talk, it means nobody's built that bridge for you off the shelf. We build against QuickBooks Desktop's SDK and qbXML directly, the same mechanism any Desktop integration has to use since there's no modern API, and connect it to what Jobber's own API exposes.
This isn't a workaround held together with duct tape. It's a real, maintained connection built specifically because the official path doesn't exist, for exactly the businesses who aren't ready to move their books off Desktop just because their field service tool moved on.
Shopify to QuickBooks sync
The problemShopify sales landed in QuickBooks as one number a day. Every month somebody spent half a day working out why a payout didn't match.
A retailer's Shopify sales synced into QuickBooks as one number a day, and every month someone spent half a day working out why a payout didn't match. We rebuilt the sync to itemize by product category, use real product costs, and match each payout to the orders, fees and refunds behind it. The half-day reconciliation became a five-minute check.

When an invoice gets marked paid in Desktop, Jobber reflects it too, so your field team isn't chasing a customer who already paid.
Customer records and service items stay consistent whichever side they're updated on, instead of drifting apart the moment one changes and the other doesn't.
The SDK and qbXML, not a workaround that breaks the next time either platform updates. See our [QuickBooks Desktop API](/quickbooks-desktop-api/) page for how that foundation works.
The result isn't switching to QuickBooks Online because Jobber told you to. It's Jobber and QuickBooks Desktop actually talking to each other, built by someone willing to solve a problem Jobber decided wasn't worth solving anymore.

Let's talk →Not officially, Jobber's own connector only supports QuickBooks Online as of 2019. A custom connection built against Desktop's SDK is how businesses still running Desktop keep using both.
Not necessarily. If you have a real reason to stay on Desktop, a multi-user setup you've already invested in, industry-specific needs, a custom connection can keep both running without forcing a migration you don't want.
Built correctly against the SDK, it holds up the same way any properly built integration does. We stay around to maintain it, which is more than an abandoned official connector would offer anyway.
Yes. Tell us what you need, we'll tell you what it takes and what it costs. You decide from there.
