Keap Can Build the Landing Page. Knowing Which One a Lead Came From Is a Different Job.
Keap includes its own landing page and web form builder: templates you can edit for an opt-in page or a lead-capture form, tied directly into the Campaign Builder so a submission can kick off a sequence on its own. It's a real way to capture a lead without a separate landing-page tool. What it doesn't do on its own is tell you which specific page or offer actually produced that lead once you're running more than one, which is where we come in.
What Keap's landing page and form builder covers
You pick a template, edit the copy and fields, and publish, whether that's a standalone landing page or a form meant to sit on a page you already run outside Keap. Templates and examples exist for the common cases, an opt-in page, a lead-magnet download, a simple contact form, so most businesses aren't starting from a blank canvas.
The real strength is the connection back into the Campaign Builder: a form submission can be set as a campaign goal directly, so the moment someone fills it out, they move straight into whatever sequence that page was built to start, no one has to notice the submission and add them manually.
Where it stops answering the real question
The builder is fine for one page doing one job. It gets thinner once a business runs several landing pages for different offers or ad campaigns and actually needs to know which page produced which lead, so the right person follows up with the right pitch and the ad spend that drove the click gets credited correctly.
It also doesn't reach past Keap on its own. If a lead needs to land somewhere else too, an ad platform's conversion tracking, a second CRM running during a migration, a tool that wasn't built with Keap in mind, that's custom work against Keap's API, not a setting inside the form builder.
What We Build Around Keap Landing Pages
Routing by source, not just capturing a name and email
We tag each lead with exactly which page and offer they came from, so a follow-up campaign and a sales rep both know what to actually say, instead of every form submission looking identical once it lands in Keap.
Conversions reported back to where the click came from
We feed Keap's real pipeline outcomes, not just a raw form-fill count, back to the ad platform or channel that drove the traffic, so spend decisions are based on what actually closed, not what merely submitted a form.
Got a landing page that's supposed to do more than just capture an email?
Tell us what should happen after someone submits, who needs to know, what should get credited, where else the lead needs to show up. We'll tell you honestly what's a form setting and what's a real build.
Running more than one Keap landing page and losing track of which one actually works?
Tell us how many pages you're running and what you actually need to know once a lead comes through one of them. We'll map out what the form builder already covers and what needs custom tracking on top of it. Landing pages are just the example in front of us, the same source-tracking problem shows up anywhere a business collects leads from more than one place.
