Isn't this exactly what Oracle's own Solution Provider partners already do?
They handle the standard implementation well, module activation, base configuration, the general go-live process. Where we come in is the custom layer most standard implementations stop short of, SuiteScript written for your specific workflow, reports that answer your actual questions, and integrations to tools NetSuite doesn't connect to out of the box.
We already went live on NetSuite but staff still work around gaps. Can you fix that without starting over?
Usually, yes. A half-finished rollout is more common than a from-scratch one in our experience, equipment or job-cost data that never fully migrated, workflows nobody customized to match the real process, reports still at the generic default. We fix the specific gaps rather than re-implementing everything.
Do you write SuiteScript yourself, or subcontract it?
We write it ourselves. SuiteScript customization is core to how we close the gap between NetSuite's default behavior and how your business actually operates, which isn't something we'd want to hand off to someone else mid-engagement.
Can you fix it if our QuickBooks job-cost history didn't migrate cleanly into NetSuite?
Yes, that's a specific and common ask, and it's a reconciliation job, not a from-scratch migration. We check your job-cost detail field by field against what actually landed in NetSuite, fix what mapped wrong, and build the ongoing sync so new data keeps lining up instead of drifting again.
How long does a custom-fix or integration engagement take?
Fixing specific gaps in an already-live system, a workflow, a report set, an integration, usually takes two to six weeks depending on scope. SuiteScript customization planned in alongside a new implementation runs on whatever timeline your Solution Provider sets for go-live, with our piece layered in around it.
Who actually owns the relationship with Oracle NetSuite, you or us as the client?
You do, directly. We're not a reseller standing between you and Oracle, and we're not your Solution Provider either; we work as the customization and integration layer on top of whatever license and implementation relationship you already have or are setting up with NetSuite.
