Zoho CRM Integrations: Life Outside the Zoho Family
Zoho CRM connects easily to other Zoho apps through a shared data model and Zoho Flow. The real integration work starts the moment your business runs something Zoho doesn't own: Mailchimp instead of Zoho Campaigns, Slack instead of Zoho Cliq, a non-Zoho accounting system, or a plain CSV of contacts that needs to move in or stay in sync. That's the actual landscape here.
What connects to Zoho CRM already
Zoho's own apps integrate cleanly: if you run Zoho Books or Zoho Desk alongside Zoho CRM, we've gone through what their native connections actually sync and where they stop → and the Zoho Desk side of the same story →. Outside the Zoho family, Zoho's Marketplace lists real connectors for Mailchimp, Slack, LinkedIn, and a handful of other external tools, each syncing a defined slice of data, usually contacts and basic activity, between the two systems.
Beneath the named connectors, a steady stream of real searches point at a narrower, more mechanical need: moving contacts and leads in or out of Zoho CRM specifically, syncing with Google Contacts, exporting to Excel, pulling records through the contacts API directly. These aren't full "integration" projects in the Marketplace sense; they're genuine automation-intent tasks that just happen to be smaller in scope.
Where it gets custom
A Marketplace connector covers the common case for whichever tool it's built for, synced contacts, a basic activity log, and stops there. It doesn't carry your custom fields, your specific lead-scoring logic, or a two-way sync that needs to reconcile conflicting updates from both sides. Once any of that's in play, the fix is a direct build against the Zoho CRM API rather than waiting for a Marketplace app to grow a feature it was never designed to have.
The same goes for contact migrations and ongoing syncs that are more than a one-time CSV export: keeping Zoho CRM and Google Contacts, a second CRM, or an email platform outside the Zoho family in sync without someone manually re-exporting a spreadsheet every month.
What we build on top of Zoho CRM integrations
Non-Zoho tools brought into the record
Payment status from QuickBooks or Xero, support history from Zendesk or Intercom, or shipping status from your warehouse, all surfaced on the Zoho CRM record even though none of those tools are part of the Zoho family.
Contact and lead syncs that actually hold up
A two-way sync between Zoho CRM and Google Contacts, a second CRM, or an email platform, with real conflict handling instead of a one-time export that goes stale the next time either side changes.

Running Zoho CRM alongside tools that aren't part of the Zoho family?
Tell us what's outside the ecosystem and still getting copied by hand between systems. We'll look at whether a Marketplace connector covers it or whether it needs a direct build against the API, and we do the same for any other tool your business runs, not just Zoho's own apps.
