Freshsales' Marketplace Covers the Basics. Most Setups Need More.
Freshsales connects natively to a marketplace of apps, plus Zapier for simple no-code automations and its own workflow builder for rules that stay inside Freshsales. QuickBooks, and anything that needs logic beyond a single trigger-action pair, still usually needs custom work to connect well. The marketplace gets most teams most of the way there, not all the way.
What the marketplace and Zapier actually cover
Freshworks runs a marketplace of apps for Freshsales covering common categories, calling and messaging tools, email platforms, a handful of accounting connectors, that install in a few clicks with no code required. Zapier extends that further with simple trigger-action automations: a new deal in Freshsales creates a row in a spreadsheet, that kind of pairing.
Both are built for simple, one-direction triggers. Neither handles a workflow that needs to check a condition in a system outside Freshsales before deciding what to do, or that needs to run on a schedule rather than fire off a single event.
QuickBooks is the pairing we see searched for most specifically, and it's a genuine gap: Freshsales doesn't ship a native QuickBooks connector, so getting a closed deal to actually generate an invoice with the right line items, instead of someone rebuilding it from memory in QuickBooks, is custom integration work every time.
What We Build Past the Marketplace
Deals that generate real QuickBooks invoices
The exact line items, pricing, and customer details from the closed deal, carried into an invoice automatically, not rebuilt from memory by whoever closed it.
Logic Zapier can't run
Multi-step sequences, conditions that check a second system first, scheduled jobs instead of single-event triggers, built directly against the Freshsales API.
Still rebuilding the same invoice by hand after every closed deal?
Tell us what the invoice should look like and where the numbers actually come from. We'll build the trigger.
Running Freshsales and still doing the follow-through yourself past the marketplace?
Tell us which step after a closed deal still runs through a person instead of a connection, invoicing, onboarding, a handoff to another tool. We'll build what the marketplace and Zapier can't reach. And if the real gap in your business sits outside Freshsales entirely, we build that too.
