Sage runs your books. We make sure it stops being an island.

Sage is accounting and ERP software, Sage 50, Sage Business Cloud Accounting, and the wider Sage product line, used heavily by small and mid-sized businesses in construction, manufacturing, and distribution. A lot of Sage installs have been running the same way for years, sometimes on a desktop or local server rather than in the cloud. We connect Sage to the modern tools your team actually wants to use, so a system that's been doing one job quietly for a decade can finally talk to everything else.

What We Build on Top of Sage

Plenty of Sage installs predate the API-first world, or run on-premise by design. We build the bridge anyway: scheduled exports and imports, or direct integration at the database level where no modern API exists, so Sage data reaches your CRM, e-commerce platform, or reporting tools without someone exporting a CSV every Friday.

Sage shows up constantly in construction and other job-based businesses, and job costing is where manual entry hurts the most. We connect field data, logged hours, materials, change orders, from your project management or field service tool straight into Sage, so job costs update as the work happens instead of three weeks later when someone finally keys it in.

Vendor bills arriving by email, portal, or EDI get captured and coded automatically, then queued for approval inside Sage, instead of someone opening a stack of PDFs and retyping every line.

If you run Sage across more than one entity or location, we build the consolidated view: one combined report instead of logging into each company file separately and combining the exports by hand.

What We Build on Top of Sage

Legacy-to-modern bridges

Getting data out of (and into) a Sage install that was never designed to talk to anything else.

  • ■Scheduled sync jobs for Sage installs with no modern API to call
  • ■Direct database-level integration for on-premise Sage 50 installs that live behind your own firewall by design
  • ■One clean feed to your CRM, e-commerce platform, or BI tool instead of a recurring manual export

Job costing that updates itself

Built for the construction and field-service businesses that lean on Sage hardest.

  • ■Field hours and materials from your project or field service tool land in Sage the same day, not at month-end
  • ■Change orders flow through automatically so job cost reports reflect reality, not last month's estimate

Vendor bills, captured not retyped

Incoming bills get read and coded automatically instead of landing in someone's inbox as a PDF.

  • ■Bills from email, vendor portals, or EDI feeds get captured, coded, and routed into Sage's approval workflow
  • ■Multi-entity businesses get bills tagged to the right company or location from the start

Running Sage and tired of being the bridge between it and everything else?

Tell us what you're exporting, re-keying, or double-checking by hand right now. We'll tell you what's realistic to automate, even on an older Sage install with no obvious API. And if Sage isn't actually your bottleneck, that's fine too, we automate whatever's manual in your business, not just the accounting system.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Sage accounting software?+
Sage is a family of accounting and ERP products. Sage 50 and Sage Business Cloud Accounting are the accounting software most small and mid-sized businesses mean when they say "Sage," covering invoicing, bank reconciliation, payroll, and job costing. Sage also sells heavier ERP-tier products (Sage X3, Sage 100, Sage 300) for more complex operations.
How much does Sage cost?+
Sage prices vary a lot by product and by how many users and modules you need, running from a modest monthly fee for Sage Business Cloud Accounting up to a much larger quote for ERP-tier Sage products with implementation involved. There's no single number, check current pricing directly from Sage or a reseller for your specific product.
Is Sage an ERP system?+
Depends which Sage you mean. Sage 50 and Sage Business Cloud Accounting are accounting software, not full ERPs. Sage's ERP-tier products, Sage X3, Sage 100, and Sage 300, are built for more complex manufacturing and distribution operations. Sage Intacct, which we cover on its own page, is Sage's cloud-native financial management platform for mid-market, multi-entity businesses.
Is Sage good for construction businesses?+
It's a common choice there, yes. Sage has strong job costing features and a long history in construction and contracting, which is a big part of why the product shows up so often in that industry. Where it tends to fall short is connecting job cost data to whatever field or project management tool your crews actually use day to day, which is exactly the gap we build.
What's the difference between Sage 50 and Sage Business Cloud Accounting?+
Sage 50 is traditionally desktop software (sometimes with cloud-connected features layered on), while Sage Business Cloud Accounting is built cloud-native from the start, closer in spirit to Xero or QuickBooks Online. Which one a business runs usually comes down to how long they've been a Sage customer and how much they've needed to move things online.
How do I use Sage accounting software?+
That depends heavily on which Sage product you're on, since the desktop and cloud versions have different interfaces. Sage's own in-product help and support site walk through the basics for your specific version. Once you're past the basics, the real question is usually what's still manual that shouldn't be, which is where we come in.
